At the beginning of the year, this is most important:
TURN THE PUMP ON FOR 10 MINUTES OR SO BEFORE YOU TURN ON THE WATER HEATER. OPEN A HOT WATER TAP A LITTLE TO LET ANY AIR OUT.
If you turn off the electricity, you must prop the refrigerator doors open.
Use only water or water and ammonia on the floor. Most other kinds of cleaners/shiners will leave a bad residue. We are uncertain about swiffers.
